How do I pay for your service?

We have our staffed trained to clean your property with the highest standards and provide the utmost professionalism. Once the service is performed, we will email you an invoice that gives you an option to pay online with a credit card or bank transfer. We reserve the right to request all services be paid prior to completion. All invoices are sent as a net 10. We ask that you promptly pay for the service to ensure our team is also compensated on schedule.


What’s your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We know that as humans, there is always room for error. In advertising and promoting a guaranteed luxury clean, we will do anything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied. We value and trust our staff to provide an excellent cleaning standard during every clean however, if you are not 100% satisfied for whatever reason, please contact Mindy to discuss and we will make sure you are taken care of.


Do you provide services 24/7?

We do have standard business hours however, if there is a circumstance that you need a certain time scheduled for your cleaning service, please let us know and we will accommodate you.
